All meals, snacks and enrichment (yoga, music lessons, art, etc) activities are included in monthly tuition.

A non-refundable material & building (enrollment) fee is due upon enrollment. The Enrollment fee is $400. A $50 discount is given to families on our waitlist. 

Our tuition prices reflect our policy to pay our staff a livable wage, we pay our caregivers $2 more per hour than the market average. 

Invoices will go out to families mid-month with tuition due on the 20th. If tuition is received after the 20th, a late fee of $25.00 per day will be charged.

We request 30 days notice for schedule changes and 60 days notice for withdrawal.

You are still responsible for the full tuition regardless of time missed for vacation or illness.

A $65.00 non-refundable wait list application fee is due upon placement on our wait list, this fee is credited towards the enrollment fee once enrolled. Visit our wait list at join.pdxwaitlist.com/peacetreeschool 

Rates may increase every September based on market comparisons and published by June 1st of each year.

Tuition is charged by age regardless of when your child transitions to older classrooms.
